Responsible for achieving set targets for patient enrollment Meet patients at regular intervals as advised Manage the compliance and adherence of patients enrolled. Collate health records related data from consenting patients Capture details related to Adverse Drug Reactions reported by patient in pre-defined templates Handling patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs Provide patient support by coordinating with pharmacists, stockists and carrying & forwarding agents Desired Skills Qualifications: B.Pharm / B.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Dietics, Nutrition) fresher - 2 years of experience.
