- Handling calls for various clients and identifying adverse events, product quality complaints and medical information requests from the end customer and responding appropriately. Probing about adverse events on spontaneous calls for all clients, to ensure complete and accurate information is documented for assessment of the case in the global safety database.
- Disseminating correct medical information for all client products from the client approved sources or information received from the client.
- Identifying and probing about product quality complaints and acting as a point of contact between the client and the end customer for all product related issues.
- Determining if inquiries should be further investigated as complaints or adverse events and investigating or triaging as per Drug Safety/Quality Assurance protocols accordingly i.e. conducting telephonic or written follow ups with the consumers.
