Job Title : Scientific Curator

Job Description:

• Identify pharmacogenomic studies that meet BIOBASE’s curation criteria
• Read and extract pharmacogenomic associations from scientific publications
• Recognize crucial new data that do not conform to current standards and propose ways to incorporate them
• Perform QC of curations as necessary to ensure the highest quality of data

1. Qualifications : M.Sc / Ph.D Molecular Biology / Life Science
2. Experience : 0-2 years

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with the following databases, tools and ontologies is a plus: PubMed, dbSNP, PharmGKB, HGMD, UCSC BLAT, GO, MeSH
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
