Our client is an emerging global player in the medical tourism field specialized in providing end-to-end facilitation to medical tourists who are looking for the right medical "value-added travel package". We combine painstakingly planned medical care logistics with post treatment recuperation .
The work location is at Andheri(E), Mumbai.

The Case Management Executive is the first point of contact with the client (Medical Traveller) and is responsible for providing information & medical support to the client.
Responsibilities:
-------------------------
1. Continuous Communication & follow up with the Client (Medical Traveller):
* To provide all information that the client requires and educate them about their ailment and well being
* To collect and organize the client"s requirements and expectations and effectively communicate the same to the operations team.
2. Coordinating with Case Coordinators:
* To communicate medical requirements to case co-ordinator, understand the responses and explain in simple terms the same to the client.
* To coordinate with regards to the requirements of the Patient and provide the details of what needs to be organized at the ground level.
3. Creating Client case files:
* The CMEs will be responsible for updating the system with information gathered from the Patient and other members in the operations team (e.g. medical team) in order to create case files for each Patient.
4. Research about treatment Protocols
Educational Requirements

* Option 1: BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/ MD-Ayurveda/ PGDHHM
* Option 2 : Science Graduates/Post graduates
* Option 3 : Ex- hospital employees
Experience Needed
--------------------------------------------------
Option 1 :
* Fresher
* RMO, Consultants, Practitioners etc.
Option 2 & 3:
* 0-2yrs Hospital exposure in international division will be preferred.
* 2-4 experience in Medical tourism industry
* Experience in handling International clients.
Nurses from reputed hospitals with excellent English communication skills will be preferred
Technical Skills
-------------------------
* Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal & Written);
* Knowledge of Arabic / French preferred
* Tech Savvy, Internet friendly; MS Office applications.
* Knowledge of CRM preferred.
Behavioural Skills

* Empathetic approach in dealing with clients
* Planning and organizing, scheduling and monitoring
* Communication skills - Effective verbal and listening skills
* Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
