Position: Research Associate/ Senior Research Associate
Qualification: MSc [Biochemistry, Biological Sciences], M. Tech

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Design, implementation and validation of in vitro assays.
2. Experience in handling enzyme and cell based assays (For multiple target class e.g- kinases, GPCRs etc).
3. Training and mentoring of junior scientists; develop new assay platforms as required.
4. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Skill Set:
The candidate must possess
- a strong background in the fundamentals of in vitro pharmacology,
- understanding of the working principles of various assay platforms,
- extensive hands on cell culture experience,
- ability to develop assays from scratch,
- proven troubleshooting skills
