Training :
Facilitation of departmental Induction for new joinees in the company with esp. Marketing and Medical departments
Assisting in identifying training needs for team members
Assisting in organizing internal/external trainings as per the need
Audit/ Review :
Co-ordinating in audit preparation, conduct, reporting and documentation of in-house/external and site compliance reviews/audits for studies
Assissting and maintainance of related documentation for preparation and tracking of audits/reviews conducted
SOP development and Reporting:
Assisting in life cycle maintainance of local SOP as per the local or global requirement, (including writing of SOPs)
Complete life cycle management of the SOPs of all units of Medical department.
Clinical Excellence Programs:
Assisting in planning and co-ordination of conduct of training programs
Co-ordinating GCP programs all over India by catering to the requests from the Marketing and Institutional Business & Corporate Hospital teams
Experience & knowledge:
At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical / CRO industry preferably in Compliance and Quality Assurance related area
Qualification B.Pharm/B.Sc/BHMS/MBBS
