Job Description
Male candidate required having 1-3 yrs experience in API pharma Industry with good academic record. Job description for experienced candidates is given below :
1. Responsible for production planning & Inventory control of raw materials and general items.
2. Responsible for optimum utilization of resources like, man power, machinery and material.
3. Responsible to maintain bench mark of yield, quality, solvent loss and cost.
4. Responsible to introduce proper system inorder to fulfill the document requirements like, cleaning validity register , batch manufacturing records, equipment log book , change control, deviation, out of specification etc.
5. Responsible to implement and make compliance for the internal audit & external audits observations.
6. Responsible to ensure good coordination within department and amongst the departments.
7. Responsible to ensure that each operator, supervisor ,chemist and senior team leader must be aware about Equipment cleaning procedure, Equipment operating procedure , Master production instruction sheet , Material safety data sheet and other safety precaution.
8. Responsible to ensure that all the personnel in departments should be trained.
9. Responsible to increase the working skills in the down stream people with the motivation to the work.
10. Responsible to write the manufacturing instructions, batch manufacturing record, Cleaning procedure and Standard operating procedure.
11. Responsible to investigate root cause of deviation.
12. Implementation of process and cleaning validation.
13. Responsible to practice GMP at all level of operation.
14. Responsible for Timely dispatch of material.
