GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position manages the analytics for DaVita Nephrolife Operations/Clinical. Position also participates in strategic initiatives, new opportunities, and process improvements. In addition, this position coordinates and refines current processes in collaboration with senior management, generates tracking reports, and develops new tracking methods regarding all hospital services initiatives. This position also manages strategic projects including timelines, due diligence, and recommendations on courses of action.

Conduct due diligence; formulate action plans
Travel required: up to 25%
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
(Education, licenses, certifications, and experience required to fulfill the essential duties, include computer skills as required)
Masters in related area required
Minimum of two (2) years experience in healthcare/clinical data analysis required
o Demonstrated experience in analytics and report generation required
o Proven track record in meeting and accomplishing goals required
Minimum of two (2) years database development experience preferred
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel and Access required; intermediate proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
