My Client currently runs a series of primary care clinics throughout South & Central Mumbai and is in the process of expanding this to cover the entire Mumbai region. An initial roll-out in Mumbai will act as a proof of concept and plans are being considered to expand coverage nationwide. The Health Cloud team is developing JioHealth, an integrated digital platform which provides seamless healthcare and wellness experience to the consumer as well as healthcare professionals. It covers the complete healthcare spectrum from in-home care to tertiary (Hospitals) healthcare services. Goal of Jio Health is to transform/improve the way healthcare services are provided and consumed and it will help Reliance and other external customers efficiently scale up both the reach and depth of services offered throughtout India and globally.

Engage with customers, prospects and other experts to understand, define and document key business requirements for Jio Health applications
Work as part of the engineering team to drive specific features, applications and use cases into the products so they meet the requirements and experience
Work with Clinicians to come up with optimal workflows and observe/document the workflows how clinicians use our product
Work with customers to communicate capabilities of the applications and guide their implementation of the applications
Working closely with customers to establish and validate requirements, use cases and clinical personas and related documentation to help implement the product
Driving specifications for features and use cases into the product offerings
Work with our Customer Experience Engineering Team, during the engineering lifecycle, to prioritize and validate test cases for the product
Contribute to clinical risk assessments to ensure high quality safe software
Ensures standard and custom medical terminology maps with the product definitions.
Close collaboration with marketing team to ensure market opportunities and needs are reflected in product plans and requirements
Executes and produces deliverables related to the elicitation, documentation and evaluation of complex clinical and technical user requirements.
