We are recruiting on behalf of a very accomplished and successful pharmaceutical company in the Raleigh, NC area who is looking to hire a Lead Clinical Research Associate. The selected individual will have 10+ years of industry experience including prior monitoring and management. This position is office based and will have ~5 in-house CRA’s as functional reports. The main responsibilities will focus management of site relationships, handling escalated issues, review of data for quality and compliance, and tracking of metrics. There will also be a level of involvement with an upcoming CTMS migration which will require strong MS Excel skills.

Highlights & Requirements:

• Office Based
• BS/BA degree required
  
  
• 10+ years of clinical trial industry experience including monitoring and management
  
  
• Prior experience working with a CTMS system and ability to navigate MS Excel spreadsheets very well
  
  
• Prior experience as a CRA is required
  
  
• Ability to travel up to 20%
  
  
• Ability to provide outstanding references
