Job Description

To service Medulla's clients - the topmost FMCG healthcare and Pharmaceutical companies - including:
a. Servicing existing clients and obtaining high satisfaction ratings from clients combined with business efficiencies internally
b. Pitching to clients for new projects
c. Coordinating with Medulla's internal medical, creative, accounting and admin teams to ensure that all client projects are delivered effectively and on time
d. Brainstorming with the client as well as Medulla's internal teams to recommend medico-marketing solutions that are innovative yet relevant to the client

Professional background:
1. Experience in the marketing team of a pharmaceutical company OR in client servicing OR in medical writing team of a healthcare communications agency for 0 to 3 years
2. Understanding of healthcare branding and strategy
3. Medical understanding and education background will be preferred
4. Understanding of the various marketing collaterals and medico-marketing collaterals used in the pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare industry including visual aids, leave-behind literature, medical journals, mechanism of action films, etc.
Personal abilities:
1. Good verbal and written communication skills in English, preferred individual with skills in medical writing
2. Ability to conceptualize innovative yet relevant medical and medico - marketing communication along with an ability to execute innovative ideas
3. Ability to work in teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive large, complex projects
4. Willingness to learn and adapt
