Now a great opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join our Site Intelligence and Activation Department at the position of:
                                                              
Global Investigator Services Analyst
 
We are currently recruiting for a Global Investigator Services (GIS) Analyst to be based in our office in Sofia. This position is integral to PPD's ability to meet regulatory requirements and manage client relationships. Data entered/maintained by this position will be utilized in presentations and proposals for clients and business development, thus providing vital support to expedite rapid study start up for awarded projects.
The successful candidate will be part of the team responsible for ensuring accuracy of data within the investigator database.
 
 
Role and Responsibilities:
  •  Enter and update Account and Contact data within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to ensure complete and correct information available for use by study teams;
  • Ensure that agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and metrics are met for all GIS functions within a specified region or regions;
  • Review potential site lists against the investigator database, use internet to verify information and reconcile data discrepancies in the database;
  • Perform reviews of data for accuracy and compliance to data entry conventions;
  • Quantify and escalate issues with the data and/or system;
  • Ensure PPD investigator privacy policies are followed;
  • Assists with the day to day operations of counterparts conducting similar activities within other regions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient English skills - written and oral;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and high quality deliverables;
  • Customer service skills, including troubleshooting and problem resolution;
  • Ability to liaise with counterparts to ensure timely completion of requests;
  • Previous exposure to clinical operations processes and clinical trial management;
  • Ability to work on issues of a diverse and confidential nature.
