ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Ability to liaise across functions and build collaborative effective team Good understanding of project commercials Ability to drives results of Alliance business operations including financial performance, regulatory compliance, and project deliverables. Ability to deliver difficult change messages to internal customers. Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize, including the ability to change priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and retaining quality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills bridging scientific and business operations organizations.

Want-Can-Do attitude Good overview/understanding of Clinical Data Management, GCP and Clinical Research would be preferred Experience with Organizational Change Management preferred FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Demand Capacity Work with client to create efficient forecasting mechanism Work with operations in planning tracking capacity across functions Change Management Communication Work with all functional leads across Cognizant client organization to drive change Enable efficient communication process, create circulate focused news bytes Track all engagement risk issues and facilitate mitigations resolutions Performance Management Work with operations to track all defined SLA/KPIs Regular dashboards updates to key stakeholders Governance Ensure smooth functioning of all governance forums and track its outcomes actions Create review updates dashboards and other materials for governance meetings Commercial Work with operations finance to track work done and translate it to invoicing Work on financial numbers for new proposals or any data crunching Lead discussions of project requirements and planning Ensure customer satisfaction by regular meetings at higher levels Establish and coordinate special projects, initiatives and process improvement efforts as required and per assignment demands
