Job Description

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION:

§ Experience in Safety database like Argus, ARISg etc.

§ Should have minimum of one year of supervisory experience in handling a team of 5 to 10 members.

§ Should be experienced in MIS reporting, generate excel graphs for reporting

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/PERSONALITY TRAITS:

§ Ability to understand and experience with working on computer applications from data entry, support and operations perspective

§ Ability to understand Safety data entry process

§ Experience in Argus application preferred

§ Knowledge of Clinical Trials and Adverse Event Reporting

§ Good verbal and written communication skills

§ Leadership skills

§ Ability to prioritize work

§ Analytical and problem solving capabilities

§ Attention to detail

§ People management skills & ability to guide and motivate team
