Expertise: Good understanding of Healthcare Pharma business areas (8+ Years) At least 3 years of hands-on experience in development and management of pharmaceutical Sales and marketing. Knowledge of government regulations for the conduct of Sales and marketing. Good articulation and translation of business problem into concepts that can be technically developed. Ability to define use cases, elaborate requirements, review requirements

• and Business Specifications .
• Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to effectively work on the assignments with on and off shore team members .
• Timely communication to all the stakeholders (Client and internal management)
• Ability to work independently, manage and contribute in a matrix organization, resolve issues proactively, meet aggressive timelines, travel with a short notice
• Experience in digital asset management, multi channel marketing is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Define and elaborate use cases for the Pharma Commercial FLSL requirements
• Review the use cases/ requirements for scope, effort estimation and schedule
• Detail the technical specifications.
• Build Pharma Sales and Marketing capability within the practice
• Closely work with Product Management team and their release plans for developing implementation plans.
• Adhere to the organization process / best practices for FLSL implementation.
• Ensure the projects are delivered as per the agreed project scope, Effort and timelines.
