Job Profile:-

The candidate is expected to work on projects that need extensive mammalian cell culturing handling and stable cell line generation.
Candidate should have handled multiple cell lines/primary cells.
Experience in mammalian cell culture and stable cell generation is a must.
Experience or knowledge about working with retroviral or lentiviral based mammalian cell manipulation and in vitro or cell based assays is desirable.
Good communication skills and working efficiently in a team environment are required attributes.
Candidate should be able to plan and execute scientific experiments independently.

Skills Set:-
Mammalian cell culture, transient and stable transfections, Stable cloning, Lentiviral or retroviral transductions, in-vitro assays for compound screening/testing, cell based assays.
