Extend technical expertise and mentor team members on an ongoing basis, Ensure team achieves productivity and quality targets, perform benchmarking reviews and perform oversight of deliverables using different tools/ techniques and maintain and report relevant metrics Support Assistant Manager/Manager in performing interim/annual performance appraisal of assigned team members and identify gaps and propose development plans Identify gaps and suggest process improvements (internal/external) on an ongoing basis QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Experience in project management, resource planning, staff recruitment, performance evaluations, career development and training preferred.. Appropriate experience and understanding of at least one clinical data management system (e g. RAVE. INFORM, OCRDC) Strong written and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skills, Ability to work within a team environment. Ability to manage competing priorities in a changeable environment. Ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines.
