Job Responsibilities: - Individual Contributor Role, however possess an established ability to work independently or as part of the team - Assists with the design of studies, including preparation of protocols and study design reports in collaboration with customers, clinical experts or health economists - Systematically identify and synthesise evidence e.g. clinical, epidemiological, quality of life, economic, and reimbursement evidence - Conduct rigorous HTA (health technology assessment) compliant systematic reviews to broader disease area reviews to support product positioning - Conduct review on many diseases and topics including evaluating clinical efficacy of interventions (pharmacological and medical devices), epidemiological reviews, and economic reviews to determine overall economic burden of diseases and appropriate modelling approaches - Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on findings and present and interpret results in a structured, conclusion-oriented manner, to address key project objectives - Collaborates in the preparation of final reports, publications and manuscripts, abstracts and materials for presentation - Performs quality assurance functions in all aspects of technical services - Deliver projects on-time with minimal needed oversight or supervision - Coordinate and prioritize business needs in a matrix management environment Desired Profile:  - 2-4 years of relevant experience in large Pharma / Healthcare organizations (or) Service providers servicing large Pharma / Healthcare organization - 1-2 years of familiarity or experience with health economic and outcomes research methods - Understanding of Data Analysis stream of work & exposure to analytical tools like Xcel, STATA, WinBugs etc. - Self-starter and ability to articulate customer problems/ requirements in a systemic way and devise service strategy as appropriate. - Exposed to using data from secondary data-bases like PubMed, Embase, Medline, Thomson Pharma, Cochran reviews etc. for project requirement - Excellent communication skills to engage clients & team members alike & instill required enthusiasm… sound client management & team management skills - Has proven demonstration of competency in core methodologies for completing economic, epidemiologic or health-outcome studies - Advanced degree in pharmacy, lifesciences, microbiology, marketing CLICK HERE TO APPLY
