" Receipt and review of PRs; prepare/send RFQs and QCS; create PO against approved QCS/RC; communicate PO to vendor; update daily/weekly statements, MIS reports, purchase order status to supervisor/requisitioner; follow up for delivery; coordinate with stores/QC/users for necessary SAP entries; provide vendor with necessary documents (CT3); coordinate with accounts and treasury for bill booking and other sundries in order to enable payment release and disbursement; obtain all relevant information from vendor for registration/qualification; collect and collate data on spend, outstanding payments, open requisitions/ orders etc; share collated report with supervisor; assist in end to end activities for renewal ARC/ AMC/ new rate contract after supervisor's approval; assist stakeholders in post material delivery wrt installation/ usage/ rejection/ replacement
Assist in gathering information on new vendors, sources, market, current processes and prices; provide inputs based on issues faced in day to day operations; execute approved initiatives under guidance of supervisor
Collect/Provide data on vendor performance and share inputs with the supervisor; coordinate with finance/ taxation/ commercial department for timely release of payments, C forms, ARE forms etc; organize and interact with vendors; facilitate vendor meetings with supervisor to resolve escalated issues
