JOB PROFILE:

Customer Support Associate: Chat /Email process. Resolving customers queries through Chat or Emails.

Offered candidates must be available to join Amazon immediately.

Compensation

Job Timings: Should be flexible to work in night shifts.

Excellent communications skills (Written and Verbal).
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.

Ability to concentrate - Follow-up customer issue without distraction to resolution.

Qualification:
Minimum qualification is 10+2/Any graduates /Any PG(BSc, B.Com, BCA, B. Pharm, B.Tech, and BBA)
(MBA, MCA, M.Com, MSc (All science Graduates), and M.Pharm)
