Lead Medical Research Specialist wanted for Indegene Lifesystems Pvt Ltd Name of the post: Lead Medical Research Specialist Job code: HC#IND/1427/07 Job type: Full Time Job location: Bangalore Functional Area: Medical Liaisoning Educational Qualification: M.S./M.D, M.B.B.S Experience: Should have 2-5 years experience in medical field. Desired Profile: - Must be presentable and possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Should have sound knowledge in using different scientific databases like pub-med etc., MS – Office, Internet like web-ex and handling of smart devices. Duties and Responsibilities: Need to identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders/organizations in select therapeutic area within the region to support their clinical and research activities by understanding their needs and offering appropriate research projects, medical education programs, clinical/educational grants, and funding where feasible. Need to coordinate medical grant requests for relevant therapeutic area including merit assessments, alignment with the global pharmaceutical company's research objectives, quality of documentation and potential for relevant outcomes. Should participate/facilitate/conduct customized promotional/educational interactions with Health Care Professionals which include, but are not limited to, customer launch meetings, advisory boards, CME programs, scientific symposia, institutional presentations etc. Works in close coordination with Therapy Area Specialists. Need to understand the virtual MSL model and triage medical queries requested by the physicians, AE and product compliance. Should develop responses (slide decks, papers, summaries etc.)and moderate advisory boards. Should conduct Medical training (live and virtual) for medical teams and MRs. Have to handle KOL management and Investigator recruitment and actively carry on KOL profiling and segmentation based on interactions.
