Study and analysis of technology to determine patentability through literature searches Business analysis in technology segments Drafting a complete patent application for an invention disclosure in accordance with a patent office (USPTO/EPO) guidelines Tracking filed patent applications Portfolio Analysis Infringement/overlap Analysis Identifying Licensing Opportunities Assessment of commercial potential of technologies vis--vis existing technologies and market players

Skill Set Required

Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time, eye for details Good MS Office Skills Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills Ability to complete task accurately Good Communication and interpersonal skills Strong interpersonal, technical & analytical skills
