Position Overview	•Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices/good clinical practices are maintained in regard to the supply of clinical trial products (drugs/nutraceuticals)
Responsibilities	•Includes forecasting, planning, scheduling, coordination and execution, ensuring timely availability of investigational clinical supplies and related services to clinical sites and depots. •Timely communicates and updates clinical supply plan on study level. •Destruction of outdated material. •Support internal/external inspections/audits. •Triggers label design process, leads packaging design and optimization, coordinates the randomization and distribution of clinical supplies according to study design. •Primary liaison with contractors for external packaging and distribution campaigns, if applicable. •Establishes and manages clinical supply related timelines with other groups. •Coordinates with QA teams at mfg sites, R&D and analytical outsourcing partners and ensure documentation part for review/release of clinical supplies
Requirements	•Bachelor’s degree in science/pharmacy, post graduate diploma in supply chain management an additional plus. •3-5 years of relevant experience in leading/managing clinical supplies across diverse category/product range •In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices/good clinical practices for Investigational Medicinal/nutraceutical Products •Ability and willingness to travel
