QUALIFICATION Minimum requirements Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering (Biotech, Computer Science, Information Technology), Pharmaceutical, Life Science or similar field, MBA from reputed institutes. Fluent English (oral and written) • Minimum years 6 experience in Business Analytics or similar experience. • ≥3 years people management and development experience required. • Pharma, CRO, Life Science experience would be preferred. Total experience of at least 9 years is preferred. • Organizational design and strategic thought leadership. • Strong management, interpersonal and problem solving skills. • High quantitative orientation; Inclination to learn and apply advanced statistical and quantitative techniques to answer business questions • Knowledge of predictive analysis is preferred • Knowledge of data mining practices and techniques is preferred • Demonstrated leadership in delivering analytical and/or reporting solutions. Proven capabilities in clinical operations process improvements. • Demonstrated leadership and accomplishment in aspects of global clinical trials and programs. • Extensive knowledge of clinical development process, regulatory requirements and GCP. • Considerable organizational awareness, including significant experience working cross-functionally to operate effectively in a matrix environment.
