Develop and maintain various spreadsheets to track study progress, documentation, contact sheets and regulatory documents.
Coordinate and distribute clinical study materials to clinical sites.
Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system.
Develop and maintain accountability tracking systems.
Tracking of Training Schedules & Training Forms.
Provide assistance with preparation and submission of regulatory applications.
Organize training schedules for the clinical operation team.
Close coordination with monitors in trial related activities.
Act as a back up support for the study monitors for trial related activities by giving in-house support to the monitors.
Arrange for the archival of Study Documents.
Maintaining the training file of Clinical operation team.
Performing Co-Visit during Pre-site qualification, Site Initiation, Site Monitoring Visit and Site closeout visit.
Storage and issuing the Standard operating procedures to Clinical operation team.
Taking care of study feasibilities.
Preparing MOM of all important meetings.
