Job Description - Feasibility Support Assistant (008451) Job Description  Feasibility Support Assistant - 008451  Description   This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. You will have the opportunity to progress your career within our Feasibility Department, and this is a great place to start or further develop your knowledge and experience in this area of Clinical Research.   Overview of the role To ensure that all relevant information is collected from investigators to allow evaluation of their potential for study participation To support the set-up of questionnaires, update of systems (e.g. Investigator database/feasibility management tool), tracking of Investigator responses, data entry of new Investigators and Investigator updates and tracking and maintenance of feasibility/site identification studies in eRooms /study folders To support data collection and management processes conducted by the Feasibility, Site & Recruitment Planning team To support the growth and quality of ICON’s investigator database and other systems used by the Feasibility group  Role Requirements   An Educational level equal to Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or Life Sciences, or relevant additional training The ability to multi-task and work well within a high pace pressurized environment. Good attention to detail Relevant background/experience in project administration/support and database administration Experience in managing data and / or an understanding of a healthcare setting Computer literacy A good communicator, both in written and spoken language - fluency in English is essential    A strong team player, with excellent organizational skills  Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel (approximately 5%).
