Job Description :
Key Accountabilities
- Accountable for the delivery of Perceptive Informatics products and services to clients within expected timelines and budget.
- Provide overall project leadership from project initiation through to trial completion.
- Act as the key client contact for the study and manage the client relationship.
- When appropriate, undertake the full range of duties relevant to the supervision, management and development of staff to ensure their performance meets and/or exceeds both the business
Qualifications :
Education and Experience- Degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in handling IT projects and min of 1-2 years of experience in Project Management. Any experience of working in a customer service related environment; working with IVR or RTSM; working in a clinical trials environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with Relational Databases, preferably Oracle
- Any knowledge of clinical data management process for FDA regulated companies is a plus.
