 1. Preparation of Dosing station, Sample Collection Station and Sample Separation Station as per study requirements.

2. Preparation of heparinaised saline solution during study.
3. Perform Subject Biological Samples Collection, Matrix Separation, Matrix Storage and Transfer of Biological Samples.
4. Monitoring of subjects well-being during study.
5. Preparation, checking and labeling of sample collection tube, sample storage tube, Zip lock bags, Bread boxes and Cryo boxes in co-ordination with attendants.
6. Transfer of Bio logical Samples from Clinical Research Department to Bio-analytical / Other facility after completion of period/study.
7. Preparation of Sample log for the shipment of sample to other facility.
8. Preparation & Review of Weekly (Eurotherm) Temperature Graph and project specific temperature graph.
9. Operation, Maintenance and Calibration (Including internal calibration) of following Instrument,
• Micropipette
• Deep Freezer (including Monitoring and recording of Deep freezer temperature)
• Refrigerated Centrifuge
• Weighing Balance
• Eurotherm Chessell
10. Perform the decontamination for following instrument.
• Micropipette
• Deep Freezer
• Refrigerated Centrifuge
• Weighing Balance
Sr. No. GENERAL:
1. Monitoring and recording of temperature and humidity of clinical area.
2. Maintain the calibration records of the instrument and update them regularly.
3. Prepare the label for instruments and update them regularly.
4. Preparation of decontamination solution.
5. Any other activities assign by reporting head.
