Job Description
The individual will be a highly innovative well-trained scientist to lead bio-analytical development projects and activities including assay development, qualification, testing, and characterization of novel viral and cancer vaccine candidates. This individual will be actively engaged in upstream and downstream process and product development within a dynamic project team. The scientist must display strong technical knowledge, initiative and scientific commitment, and makes significant scientific and technical contributions to the research program. The scientist will have formal supervisory responsibilities, in which case the individual must create goals and development plans for direct reports, and be also responsible for teaching, guiding and mentoring.

Education and Previous Experience
Ph.D. degree (in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
An impressive track record along record of publications in internationally recognized journals.
