JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
• Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international
• * Manage the end to end billing functions to ensure that invoices and credit memos are generated in accordance with the contract terms in an accurate and timely manner.
• * Assure that project budget tracking is performed by staff and that billing is in line with budget.
