1. Literature Search.
2. Perform pre-formulation.
3. Process optimisation and execution of pilot /exhibit batches and documentation in compliance with respective regulatory requirements.
4. Planning and organizing day-to-day research activities and resolving technical problems as a appropriate to the timely completion of R&D objectives.
5. Should have experience on doing routine analysis for Dissolution, assay, CU, BU and Related substances method.
6. Should have knowledge to main GLP compliance in laboratory.
7. Should have knowledge on ICH guidelines.
8. Should have adoptability to handle the work pressure
1. Minimum Qualification should be M.Pharma (Pharmaceutics).
2. Minimum 2 yrs of Exp. in R&D.
