Job Description:
Responsible for Quality Management system including Change Controls, Deviations, Non Conformances, Incidents and Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Review of vendor qualification documents for RM & PM. Review of contract testing laboratory qualification documents before archival. Handling of Out of Specification (OOS) and participating in investigation and closer of OOS. Coordination for execution of cGMP training for all employees. Review of all qualification documents after execution before archival.
