Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Clinical profiles
• Develop planning, schedule and deliver quality
• Manage and prioritize deliverables
• Work closely with training team and to be updated on the EMR nuances
• Encourage process and accurate quality with coding and drive efficiency
• Actively engage in resolving key issues that impact the team or process

Requirements:

• 8+ years of team handling experience along with health care expertise
• Knowledge on EMR or Medical transcription will be added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership skills in working with extended engineering teams
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Flexibility to work continuous night shift.
