Imaging Associate
Radiant Sage – Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
Job Title: Imaging Associate Department: Imaging Core Lab
Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Purpose
Performs quality check on medical images for clinical trials. Develop study related documents or procedures in compliance with FDA regulatory requirements. Query management with investigator sites and academic centers. Assisting Project managers and study team in project related tasks. Provides training to new hires.
Relationships
Reports To : Project Manager
Directly Supervises : N/A
Works Closely With : Imaging Assistants, Project Managers, Cross functional
Team
Key Accountabilities
•Perform quality checks on study images
•Performing region of interest measurements/volumetric measurements
•Maintenance of imaging/review database
•Site qualification/ Site communication
•Query management
•Training the investigator sites to ensure the site personnel’s has clear understanding of study requirements
•Assigning the cases for review
•Coordinate with reviewers and managing review data
•Handling change requests in coordination with project manger
•Assisting the project manager and study team with administrative and project related tasks
•Supports and leads the team in carrying out assigned tasks
•Preparing study documents or project specific procedures like written instructions, site guidance user manual etc.
•Training/Mentoring of internal personnel
•Preparing meeting agenda and minutes of meeting
•Assist the project managers for data export to client
•Perform any other task as required
Skills
•Proficiency is MS Office
•Good interpersonal, organizational and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
•Multitasking and flexible
•Maintain confidentiality at all levels
•Ability to work independently and in team with minimal supervision
•e-mail etiquettes
•Willing to work in rotational 24/7 shifts, including night shifts.
•Candidates with technical knowledge preferred.
Education
Bachelors or Master’s Degree in life sciences
(Or) Medical Technician or Radiology Technician
Diploma in Clinical Research
Language Skills
Proficiency in English language
Work Experience
More than 1+ year of experience in clinical research industry
