2. Work closely with the Business Development team on business planning, performance, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
3. Process all outgoing communication in form of emails, letters or other forms of communication.
4. Opening, sorting and categorizing all incoming information to the Reporting Manager.
5. Coordinating cross functional teams to ensure project deliverables.
6. Preparing required MIS reports, letters and presentation.
7. Excellent Reporting skills.
8. Proficient in MS Office.
9. Excellent Spoken and Written English
10. Should be comfortable in visiting other Plants /Units.
11. Expertise in Internal and External Coordination.
12. Pleasant disposition and ability to take decision with lots of initiative.
13. File Management.
