Requisition Number: 13-770 State / Province: INDIA Job Title: P - Clinical Data Technician Department: Clinical Data Management Country: INDIA Requirements: - Data Management Plan: To understand the DMP and follow the guidelines contained within it. - Data Processing Tasks: Perform data processing tasks under supervision, including (a)Scanning(where appropriate), (b)Tracking & Indexing, and (c)Data Entry. - Project Meetings: Attend internal project meetings and ensure assigned actions are completed within the required timeframe. - Complete SOPs, WPGs and other role related training within the required timeframe. - Enter timesheet information in a timely manner. - Other relevant tasks as requested Job Description: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - List the primary responsibilities(5-7), in order of importance to the business. - Data Management Plan: To understand the DMP and follow the guidelines contained within it. - Data Processing Tasks: Perform data processing tasks under supervision, including (a)Scanning(where appropriate), (b)Tracking & Indexing, and (c)Data Entry. - Project Meetings: Attend internal project meetings and ensure assigned actions are completed within the required timeframe. - Complete SOPs, WPGs and other role related training within the required timeframe. - Enter timesheet information in a timely manner. - Other relevant tasks as requested KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIORS - List 3-5 key skills and/or behaviors required to perform this job successfully. - Communication Skills: A basic level of interpersonal skills (both 1:1 and in small groups) plus good standards of written and verbal communication skills. - Time Management: Good level of time management skills and able to prioritize own workload in conjunction with achieving corresponding project timelines. - Quality Management: Advanced level of attention to detail and meeting quality standards working to GCP, SOPs and WPGs. - Technical Skills: (a)Oracle Clinical & Reporting Tools - Basic level of competency at user level, (b)MS Excel/Word/Outlook - Basic level
