1.Should be fluent in various languages like English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi and gujrati
2.Should have good communication skills
3.Will get calls from patients , doctors & DCA's
4.Should be able to handle the customer queries
5.Should accurately capture the result of the calls and enter in computer
6.Must be flexible for shifts (8am to 5:00pm and 1:00pm to 10pm)
8. Should be willing to work on Sundays and holidays (Weekly off will be given)
9. Should be energetic and enthusiasm about their work.
