Job Description:
1. The Incumbent as a member of the Quality Assurance Team is mainly responsible conducting In process quality checks and implementation and execution of allocated QA related systems and processes in accordance with the relevant SOPs.

2. To execute IQ, OQ, DQ and documentation and record thereof.
3. To investigate market complaints. Customer complaints and preparing reports.
4. To prepare master MFR, MBR and product manuals.
