Requirements

Desired Skills:

•  Excellent communication skills.
•  Should be self-driven and individual contributor.
•  Good understanding of SDLC and UHG IT tools and processes
•  RSA Level II certification is mandatory
•  Comfortable to work in 2.30 PM – 12 midnight shift
•  US Healthcare domain knowledge would be added advantage

Eligibility: 

• Minimum 18 months in the current role.  
• Not on Active CAP at the time of applying for the IJP.
• Employees designated currently as SE/SSE/SA/BA can apply for this position.
• Employees must notify their Current Manager before applying for the IJP
• Last Common Review rating should be meeting expectations or higher
