Job Description

• Provide firstline technical information relating to our product range to customers via a hotline or email.  
• To maximise the opportunity to achieve sales through the supply of technical assistance
• Providing product specifications and application support
• Checking product compatibility
• Identifying products based on application of end user
• Suggesting alternatives to unavailable products
• Up selling of products and services where possible
• Maintain a database of supplier product information, specification and certificates. 
• Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Microbiology
• Experience : 0-2 years

• Ability to produce results in a competitive environment, within agreed service levels
• Ability to follow through on all commitments.
