1. Manage development project from early stage of development to regulatory filings and approval involving CMC,preclinical,clinical, bioanalytical, manufacturing, regulatory affairs and Quality Assurance . 2. Develop overall project timelines in consulataion with functions and managing team performance to make sure that adherence to timelines and other key performance parameter across functional teams. 3.Prepare and manage budgetr for business vertical and reconciliation on quarterly basis. 4.Update senior management on the status of various projects on monthly and quarterly basis and drive decision making to facilitate project management. 5.Manage alliance from the development perspective and serve as the primary point of contact with international alliance.
