Job Title: Executive - R&D
Job Description:

• To execute the research plan for the allotted projects, perform experiments with the guidance of reporting manager and assistance of associates.
• Perform assays (H&E, IHC & ISH, PCR, In situ PCR)
• Conduct literature and database searches for the assigned projects
• Maintenance of raw materials required for the project
• Perform the optimization studies for the development of research protocol
• Validate the product with defined protocols
• Documentation of research data & Record results of experiments
• Analyze and interpret the results
• Contribute to the production of research reports and publications
• Section cutting (for R&D and cross functional teams-manufacturing &QC)
• Training of new employees
• Maintenance of Log book for purchase requests
• Coordinate with MarComm department for website activities.

1. Qualification: M.Sc. Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Life Science
2. Experience: 2-7 years
3. Desired Skills: Thorough knowledge in the relevant field of life sciences
