Job Description :
Talented & Passionate Analyst for Food Testing, Documentation, Development of new testing method & Validation. Exp. in analyzing Nutritional, Proximate, Vitamins & other Food Chemical Parameters. Good knowledge of Chemistry is preferred. Food Analysis, Nutritional, Proximate, Vitamins & other Food Chemical Parameters as per Codex / FSSR. Awareness of Instruments related to food testing.
Eligiblity : B.sc/ M.Sc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Technology
Experience Required : 3-5 years
