Job Description :
- Understanding technology of the Manufacturing of sterile APIs.
- Evaluate & assure the equipment for capacity and process suitability.
- Execution of the process improvements.
- Execution of the process validation in line with ICH Q7.
- Guide, Monitor & control the operations to ensure consistent quality, delivery of budgeted volumes, manufactured under strict cGMP conditions.
- Managing the trouble shooting in the process.
- Monitoring plant efficiencies such as yield, RM consumption & Solvent recoveries.
- Raise alarm to senior management for unfavorable conditions/ operations.
- Ensure monthly production volume as per Sales & Operational (S&OP) figures.
