Job Summary:

Pharm-Olam International are actively seeking an experienced Data Management professional to join our global DM team based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will have strong EDC Data systems experience and project management experience. Previous experience in line managing would be advantageous.

Main Purpose of Job:

Responsible for managing, leading, mentoring and acheiving highest  utilization of assigned staff, all data deliveries for assinged projects within time and budget with highest priority  applied to data quality; For planning , organisation , coordination of data management, sytems, statistics and medical writing activities; for developing, maintaining and manage and meeting client expetations; overall data base consistency across all client studies within a set of project; overseas, monitors and evaluates all interactions with third party vendors; and ensures data management standards and quality are maintained and implemented across studies.
