Central Food Technological Research Institute(CFTRI), Mysore (A constituent laboratory of Council of Scientific and Industrial research, New Delhi) came into existence during 1950 with the great vision of its founders, and a network of inspiring as well as dedicated scientists who had a fascination to pursue in-depth research and development in the areas of food science and technology. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for One position of Project Assistant (Level – II) on a temporary basis tenable at the Department of Food Protectants & Infestation Control (FPIC), CSIR-CFTRI, Mysore under the Consultancy Project CNP-502 entitled "Bio-efficacy evaluation of House-hold insect control products".
Age : Maximum 28 yrs. Relaxation in age is applicable for SC/ST candidates as per rules. - Position : Project Assistant Level II
- Desired Profile : First Class M.Sc. in Life sciences having good academic records. Qualifications being equal, candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC community will be given preference.
- Emoluments : Rs. 12,000/- per month (consolidated).
- Mode of Selection : On the basis of interview, Date and venue will be intimated for the shortlisted candidates through e-mail/post.
- The engagement will be initially for a period of Six months and it will be purely on temporary basis, does not confer any right/claim whatsoever for the regular CSIR/CFTRI posts/fellowships.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
