Job Profile :

• The incumbent is expected to conduct the in vitro /ex vivo mechanistic studies, biochemical estimations.
• Capable of developing new assays or models in the department. Should be well versed with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Should be analytical in thinking and work with a focused approach.

Additional Skills Required :

• Strong scientific and technical knowledge in cell or molecular biology and Biochemistry or related areas.
• The incumbent should have hands on experience in cell culture, molecular biology and Biochemistry techniques. In vivo experience is desirable.
• Need good written and oral communication skills. Should be a Good team player

Should Be Aware Of : Cell culture: maintenance and handling of multiple cell lines, cell based assays, primary culture of cells. Biochemistry and molecular biology techniques: RNA /DNA isolation, qPCR, transfection, western blotting, Protein qunatitation, and relevant techniques.

Eligiblity : B.sc/ M.Sc Bio-chemistry

Experience Required : 1-6 years
