Job Description :

• Primary responsibility will be to perform experiments using high content imaging, Cell Biology, and flow Cytometry .
• Provide technical expertise in the area of high throughput screening and high content screening. Experimental design will include use of tools such as Array Scan (Cellomics), high throughput robotics, Tecan, flow cytometer, and state of the art equipments.
• Knowledge of kinase assays with understanding of FRET, TRFRET will be required.
• Skill sets in siRNA techniques, gene expression studies including RTQ PCR will be an advantage. Data compilation, analysis and data interpretationUnderstanding/experience of drug discovery will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, managerial, and written communication skills.Must be able to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Provides management, scientific leadership and creativity managing research projects.
• Record and maintain lab notebooks with detail and clarity.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe working area in the lab.
• Write protocols and reports as necessary to document the results
