Job Description:

• Preparation and Sterilization of media.
• Sampling and sterility testing of sterile raw materials, finish product & Sterile packing Material.
• Microbial limit test and microbiological assay of Raw material and finish product.
• Bacterial Endotoxin test of Raw material & Injectable.
• Validation & Calibration of UV light, zone Reader, Micropipette and N2 Supply.
• Sterile area monitoring (Plate count, Swab test & Air Sampling) Water sampling & testing. Biological oxygen Demand of ETP water.
• To Check the effectiveness of disinfectants.
• Maintenance & periodic transfer of all microbial pure culture & record maintenance.
• Preparation, Review & Maintenance of all SOPs related to microbiological department.
• Initiation to QC Manager for any abnormal observation / result.

1. Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Microbiology/ Life Science
2. Experience: 0-5 years
3. Desired Skills: Thorough knowledge in the field of microbiology
