Job Description-

• Actively perform IT and NonIT recruiting by technically screening Clinical professionals and IT professionals. Clinical requistions like Medical Writers, Clinical research Associates, Drug Safety Professionals, SAS programmers
• Statisticians, Statistical Programmers, Physicians, Clinical Research Scientists , Project Managers, Clinical Data Analysts, Clinical Data Managers, Scientists, Biologists, Document Control Professionals etc. Developing, Expanding, Maintaining prospective candidate relationships to understand their particular experience, current scenario and act as a career counselor to help steer there career in the right direction. Responsible for resourcing technically sound clinical professionals for MaxisIT Inc. in the arenas of Functional Services (Staffing, Projects, Outsourcing) through (including but not limited to) internet and job board searching, social networking, referrals etc, within assigned positions. 
• Document and update candidate profiles in the candidate tracking system including the details of each submission Identify the Client needs, priorities and then to recruit for the positions. 
• Complete the necessary paperwork associated with starting and ending of consultants/employees to ensure compliance with internal process 
• Complete and Maintain reports on a regular basis and as requested.
